Our first development, Ankara Village & AfroDziak Marketplace, is envisioned as a living ecosystem—not a single-use project. It combines flexible live/work spaces with retail, cultural programming, entrepreneurship, e-commerce, community gathering, and
sustainable infrastructure.

The AfroDziak Marketplace is designed as both a physical destination and a digital commerce engine.
The goal is to give entrepreneurs and brands a way to build visibility, test products, meet customers in person, and continue selling online beyond the walls of the development. E-commerce extends the
marketplace from Highland Park to a much larger audience and creates a commercial pipeline between African American communities, the wider Diaspora, and businesses across the African continent.

The Highland Park development is being planned around solar and energy-conscious systems, green roofs, stormwater and drainage strategies, gardens and landscaping,responsible water use, adaptable construction, natural light, walkability, and healthier shared spaces.
