Live/work spaces designed to
turn residence into opportunity.
The residential buildings are designed as flexible live/work environments for artisans, makers, creatives, entrepreneurs, and small-business owners. Instead of separating housing from economic activity, each residence is intended to support both everyday life and the work of building a business.

OUR FIRST HOME
Highland Park is not a backdrop. It is part of the strategy.
The first Ankara Village & AfroDziak Marketplace is planned for Hamilton Avenue in Highland Park, Michigan-an opportunity to turn underused land into a hub for innovation, enterprise, sustainable living, and cultural exchange.
The model is intended to show how development in historically underserved communities can be designed around economic participation-not simply occupancy. Residents can live, work, create, collaborate, sell products and services, and connect to a larger commercial network.

OUR FIRST HOME
There are many ways to be part of
AfroDziak.
We are building a network around the project—not just a building. That means room for capital partners, community organizations, educators, brands, entrepreneurs, designers, technology partners, cultural institutions, and neighbors.
